Internal tool. SPM Gmail MCP is an internal tool of Summerfield Properties Management. It is not a public product or service, is not offered to anyone outside the company, and connects only to a mailbox the company owns.
This policy describes how SPM Gmail MCP ("the Tool") handles data. The Tool is operated by Summerfield Properties Management ("we", "us") for internal use, contactable at smfield.claude@gmail.com.
With the mailbox owner's explicit consent, the Tool requests a single Google OAuth scope:

This grants read-only access to messages and attachments in our company mailbox. The Tool cannot send, modify, delete, or organise mail, and requests no other scope.
Messages and attachments are retrieved only when our AI assistant is asked to find or analyse them — for example, reading the property reports we receive. They are used solely for our internal property-management work.
We do not use mail data for advertising, profiling, or training machine-learning models, and we do not sell or rent it.
SPM Property Reports/2026-09-29/).Message bodies are not stored; they are fetched from Google for each request and returned to the assistant.
Nobody outside our company. Mail content is passed only to the AI assistant our staff use, in response to their requests. We use no third-party analytics, advertising, or data brokers. The server is under our control.
The Tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Tool, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law; we do not use it for advertising; and no human reads it except our own staff for our business purposes, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately invalidates the stored credentials. Saved attachments are kept as part of our business records and can be deleted on request to the address below.
All traffic is served over HTTPS. The Tool is reachable only through a private URL, and credentials are readable only by the Tool's own service account on our server.
