Internal tool. SPM Gmail MCP is an internal tool of Summerfield Properties Management. It is not a public product or service, is not offered to anyone outside the company, and connects only to a mailbox the company owns.
These terms govern use of SPM Gmail MCP ("the Tool"), an internal tool operated by Summerfield Properties Management ("we", "us").
The Tool lets our AI assistant search our company Gmail and read attachment contents.
Access is read-only, limited to the gmail.readonly scope.
The Tool is for Summerfield Properties Management staff only and connects only to a mailbox the company owns. It is not offered to the public.
Users must keep the Tool's private URL confidential; anyone holding it may be able to read the connected mailbox.
The Tool is provided "as is". It depends on the Google Gmail API, and outages or changes there may affect it. We may change or discontinue it at any time.
Content extracted from attachments is produced by automated parsing and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Check the original document before relying on it for decisions of consequence.
